Eliminate

Here are several policies I think we should remove.

1. Eliminating Limits on Transfer Station Use:
   - Currently, residents are restricted to 4 trips per year to the town transfer station.
   - I believe residents should have the freedom to bring their trash to the transfer station as frequently as needed, without arbitrary limits.

2. Ending Charges for Sidewalk Repairs:
   - Currently, residents are billed for repairs to sidewalks in front of their property, despite the town owning both the sidewalks and the trees on the tree-lawn.
   - The town should take responsibility for these repairs, as it owns the infrastructure causing most of the sidewalk damage.

By eliminating these restrictions and charges, we can empower residents to manage their refuse disposal needs more effectively and ensure that the town takes proper ownership of sidewalk repairs caused by its own trees.
